Earlier this week our had the privilege of hosting Dan Allen Gordon, a deeply respected community leader and long standing champion for youth development in New Zealand and a fellow Rotarian.![]()

Dan shared powerful insights into the incredible impact of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, an organisation he has led in the Western Bay of Plenty for nearly 25 years. Through programmes like Kiwi Can, Stars, Career Navigator, and the life changing Project K, Dan and his team have helped thousands of young people build confidence, resilience, leadership, and real world skills.![]()

From whole school values education, to peer mentoring, to wilderness adventures and year long mentoring relationships—Dan’s work has transformed lives and strengthened communities across the region.![]()
