📚 Now Accepting Donations for Our 20th BOOKarama
We are delighted to announce that we are now accepting donations of good‑quality books, DVDs and jigsaws for our 20th anniversary BOOKarama.
Your donated items help us raise funds for youth programmes, community initiatives, and Rotary projects locally and abroad. Every contribution makes a difference.
🟦 Where to Drop Off Donations
You can leave your donated items in any of our collection bins.
Please note the updated locations for 2026:
- Bunnings Christchurch Airport
- New World Durham Street
These two sites replace previous years’ locations. There are NO collection bins at Tower Junction this year.

Our 2026 BOOKarama Collection Locations
We anticipate withdrawing the collection bins around the 5th April however we reserve the right to bring the date forward or extend depending on volume of donations. We will advise changes through this webpage and social media pages.

Our venue for BOOKarama 2026 is the Bishopdale Recreation Centre located at Bishopdale Mall at 13A Bishopdale Court. Entry to BOOKarama is via the front entrance of the Recreation Centre.
We recommend parking near the Bishopdale Library carpark on the corner of Farrington Avenue and Raleigh Street to enable easy exit with your purchases.
