Bishopdale Recreation Centre (formerly YMCA)

Proceeds from BOOKarama are channelled into Youth and Community Projects.
There will be no priority times for dealers, they will be able to purchase during the hours as above.
We aim to set up an area for dealers to offload purchases during the above hours.
If you are coming to BOOKarama 2024 the entry is via the main entrance to Bishopdale Recreation Centre then follow the signs.
We suggest parking in the area in front of the Bishopdale Public Library (entrance off Raleigh Street) and walking around to the front entrance of the Recreation Centre.
Once inside and you have selected your items to purchase proceed to the far end of the hall – opposite from where you entered. On the left-hand side are the PRICING TABLES. Here one of our team will price your items.
Take the pricing slip to the PAYMENT TABLES just to the right where you can pay for your purchases. If paying by card or cash, please have it ready BEFORE you approach the payment table.
Upon payment please exit via the door to your right, this will bring you out to the car park mentioned above.
We have used this process over the last few years and it has helped to minimise waiting times.
